How To Apply For Membership

To apply, please fill out a Membership Application package and submit it to the co-operative with the following documents:

  • 4 consecutive paystubs for all applicants
  • If self-employed, the latest Audited Financial Statements, bank statements, etc.
  • Other proof of income
  • Latest Income Tax Return and Assessment
  • Landlord Check

A portion of your application will be forwarded to the Membership Selection Committee who will call you for an interview.

During the interview, you and all the members of your family will be asked some questions and at the same time will be given a chance to learn about the Co-op. This will also be your opportunity to ask questions. After the interview, the Committee will make a recommendation to the Board of Directors who will in turn make the final decision based on the results of the interview and the documentations you have submitted. Once a decision is made, you will be notified in writing.

There is no subsidy available, we are only accepting application's for full market rent only, which are as follows:

Effective April 1, 2018, the co-op will be charging $25.00 per adult applicant as processing fee.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your application is complete or it will not be processed.
